Ali was very helpful and patient on the phone with my multiple, probably quite silly, questions about vaccines for travel having lost track of some of my past records by my own fault! Incredibly thorough advice and very quickly booked me in, very friendly and a great service - also cheaper than I’ve paid in the past for the same vaccinations! Very helpful opening hours, will use again over my more local pharmacy.
Never answer phone. I need to urgently speak to them over non delivered repeat prescription. Disgraceful behaviour to not answer phone EVER. Someone else complained 5 years ago! No change... I contacted pharmacy organisation to complain yet they have no mandate or power! So what's point of them? They didn't even have email for this pharmacy or another phone number. *follow up next day. They had driver problem delivering so people didnt get their meds. GP Surgery tried to sort out. Was told delivery later Friday evening but now Saturday evening and still no medication! 4 days left before meds run out..... Patient is not mobile. I dont live nearby... * update.. Now Monday and still not delivered..

Good pharmacy with great and friendly staff that I've been using since childhood, however after spending some time out of London and using another pharmacy, I think some things should be done to improve the experience to make it 5 stars: Improve wait times - I have had to wait upwards of one hour for a routine prescription pickup many times, even though I had ordered a week previously (see the next point) Proactively prepare prescriptions - I have sometimes come in a week after the prescription is approved only to get told my item is not available and I get a note telling me to come back tomorrow. My prescriptions items are very common, there is no chance that it was gone for an entire week, would be great if these were prepared proactively. The pharmacy outside London I go to will have my prescription ready to give to me within 1 minute if I ordered a few days or so before, which is far, far quicker. Pick up the phone - the phone is rarely picked up, which would make the above issues a little easier the handle as I could ask whether a prescription is ready before taking the time to come, however it is not reliable. My pharmacy outside London always sends an email when it is ready and picks up the phone when it is open.
Very Rude, apparently S.....is manager, I made a mistake re a date and was met with attitude and appalling customer service, not a good representation of the other staff.

Incredibly polite, professional service. The pharmacist recommended a skin cream for my baby's dry skin - it's been amazing and we haven't had the issue since. Love this pharmacy. Highly recommend.
