Useless people, incompetent and incredibly lazy. Exactly why the NHS is failing, wasting money on people and services like this. Cannot wait for their riles to be obsolete and they have to work in the real world. Oh and they never answer the phone to anyone. I even called whilst I was watching them do nothing and they just ignored it

Possibly one of the worst pharmacies in London. People on their mobile, not even looking up. Not a single person in sight at the pharmacy or outside waiting and it’s a standard “15 min wait”. They’re busy doing nothing. This is a hospital pharmacy! Get working or ask for additional staff, and perhaps start with getting off your phone. Doubt that’s what you’re paid for!

I would happily give -5 stars if I could. The average waiting time is 1 hour to queue to collect your medication. If you attempt to call them beforehand to ask whether the prescription is ready no one picks it up. That’s an incredible waste of taxpayers’ money and it’s such a shame representing the hospital experience

@NHS, these guys are jokers wasting our time and living of public subsidies! Guess that you can wait 1 hour… to at the end having only a few days of your 2 weeks prescription. But They didn’t forget to put an unnecessary tablet cuter and jar I m sure they charged a few pounds £ to the NHS. No other choice to spend 2 hours and come back 2 days later…no apologies, or concern.

It’s almost irresponsible to send prescriptions to this pharmacy. The waiting times are over 1 hour

The wait on the board said 20 minutes and the two ladies on tills one with a headscarf and one with longer hair both of Asian decent, were talking non stop while serving me talking and laughing about something. I was told to wait outside for 22minutes and a lady came out and said I had to wait a little longer because they had to clarify my medication with the doctors which will be extra 10-15 minutes. I’m total I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The waiting time is too long and the staff there aren’t working sufficiently enough.

The worst pharmacy, ever. Incompetent staff who always fail to deliver. They even dispute and refuse the consultants’ requests and prescriptions. 4.5 hrs, today, since they had received the prescription on their system and inspite they have failed to have it ready. I had a long wait outside and after a long chemo session until they prepared it. A few weeks ago, they did the same exact thing, which had resulted in delaying my discharge. The consultant has discharged me at 13:00 and by 18:00 at the change of shift, the doctor realised that I was still waiting. What hurts more is that good and efficient staff keep apologising for Lloyds pharmacy’s failures. For more than a year now, every week, they make me wait long for my prescriptions, this is if they decided to release them. Unlikely this will change. Complaints about them are most abundant but somehow they still win their contracts.

A most professional and hardworking Team of Staff headed by Lamine. I've witnessed people complaining at having to wait a short time for prescriptions, which is unfair considering they've usually come directly from the Consultant. To their credit, the staff have always handled these situations calmly and patiently, and daily manage to dispense 100's of prescriptions within an hour! It just makes me sad how people can be so rude and unappreciative of a professional Team who constantly work so very hard to dispense so much medication each day! It's not like the job can be rushed!! All staff deserve appreciation and good behaviour rather than winging complaints. Thank you for my 2 years of top service!
