    Today is horrible I’m suffering long term sickness last 5 months I had have collected repeat description in exemption card and last Tuesday I thought as paying some service by myself, and I booking an appointment for B12 injection. I have an appointment at 12:00 and I have arrived at 11:45 registered information at front desk.Then I going to consulting room at 11:50. Staff no preparing for treatment and no idea what to do and then ask me go out to waiting. At 11:59 I would like to cancelling service. There is the rude men staff with glasses shouting (appointment at 12:00).finally I can pop in room. Then the female staff asking me register again she said Are you rush.please even I don’t rush it doesn’t meaning can waste time. Staff makes an argue again and again At the end I have savings £30 to avoid to hurt my body. I would like to recommend if you don’t enjoy this job and day dreaming Why don’t you go home, because so much people unemployment. Do you respect the job

    Very rude staff, I was left waiting for 15 minutes before the pharmacist told me they didn’t have my prescription. I was visibly sick and they had limited compassion when dealing with customers. My GP also called and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Very unprofessional. When I expressed upset in the service they had provided instead of dealing with the feedback is a professional and empathetic way the staff became very defensive. Will not be going back here again and I will be moving to a different pharmacy.
