   Supposed to open at 9am. Stood outside at 09:05 and letting in deliveries, when we tried to enter at 09:05, door slammed shut in front of us. No apology, left waiting. Will be changing pharmacies based off the rudeness of the lady who eventually opened the door:

   Appalling customer service! Not only was the lady unable to express her thoughts in a conversational manner (i.e: she made no sense) but, made no attempt to hide how annoyed she was that I was unable to understand her babbling. ("Indian looking" lady, long hair in a ponytail)

   Came to get my covid booster and the receptionist is wearing her mask without covering her nose. If the country can’t rely on its leaders to be the example needed when fighting for the better good for its people, those supplying and championing the vaccine should be leading by example.

   I can’t speak about the pharmacy but would advise not to use Covid vaccination centre.I rang twice to check if they were administering the Pfizer vaccine,I was told they were.Arrived on time to be told I would have to have the moderna vaccine.Apparently ‘they ran out’. The appointments are pre-booked,so unless someone is really bad at maths or completely incompetent,I don’t buy into the ‘we’ve run out’. It doesn’t fill you with confidence if the staff can’t add up.I left jab less.

   I'm surprised at some of the recent reviews, I found these guys to be first class. The lady on the mini reception was very polite, courteous and professional, whilst the lady that administered my vaccine was very friendly, taking time out to answer all my questions in a relaxed manner. Very positive experience and not quite sure what else people could expect from these guys.

   Just had the worst customer service of my life here. Got a random text saying my appointment had been cancelled for my second vaccination, and so rang to ask if there's any chance of me getting one today. Lady on the phone was nothing but rude from the start, questioning 'why would i do that' and telling me I was being rude when I was simply working out the logsitics of how to get my second dose. Hung up on me before I was done speaking, told me I was wasting vaccinations (my appointment literally got cancelled and you told me I couldn't have one???) Also have read reviews at how dirty this place is and that the staff don't sanitise before vaccinating so sounds like I've dodged a bullet!

   I had my second COVID vaccine few days ago, and i was shocked when I saw how small is that place. My first one i got in Novotel’s confidence hall in west London, it was so organised and very easy but this clinic or pharmacy or I don’t know what to call.. it was dirty, busy and no space to walk or even sit specially now, when everybody should keep social distance. Receptionist was amazing, very helpful and i could see that she’s doing her best. I got injection on my left arm and she even didn’t sanitise my arm before injection and also she didn’t had gloves… it’s been 6-7 days i had my vaccine and my arm still red and puffy, I called to my doctor and she said that she supposed to sanitise before injection and the puffiness is probably from that reason. So please people be aware before having injection ask them to sanitise and use gloves!
