I came in today with a private script for my husband for amoxicillin 500mg cap x 21. The pharmacist over charged me from £9.90 to £15.90. Even when I came back for a refund and explained he over charged me , he didn’t apologise or tired to rectify the situation!! Extremely poor ! Luckily I am a pharmacist myself and knew a pack of amoxicillin doesn’t cost this much .

I went today to collect a prescription and the very cheeky manager was about to sell me many packages of pills that expire within a month! I find this very unprofessional and guessing illegal?

If I could I too would give it 0. They never answer the phone, prescription always delayed, staff "work" extremely slowly and have poor if any communication skills. In the distant past the service was excellent but the operation of the current staff is very disappointing. It has been for several years. Why has nothing been done about this? Boots head-office?

If I could give it 0 then I would. Store is meant to open at 9am. Instead staff are inside, door is locked and a queue has formed outside. No explanation from staff as to why people are waiting and why the store is not open. I had to knock multiple times to get them to open the door only to be met with sarcastic, rude comments from staff. No explanation, no apology. Disgusting behaviour. If you want to work in customer service then understand what that involves.

Placed an order online for collection from southfields store. I was offered a range of collection days, starting from the day following placing the order. I submitted the order after paying for it with my debit card. I received an email the same day telling me the order was on the way to the warehouse, and I would receive SMS confirmation when it was ready for collection. 2 days after the agreed collection date, there was nothing. When I finally called customer services, I was told that when 7 days have passed, I will be able to ask for a refund AS STATED IN THE BOOTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE ORDER AND ON THE EMAIL I RECEIVED. I looked on the email, and the only reference to terms and conditions was a link to the website. I found the Terms and Conditions on the website, and there was no reference to late deliveries. This is dishonest and unethical. NEVER USE BOOTS.

The queue is always very long and no-one is behind the desk. Very slow staff. They think they will get theirs wage, anyway = it is better deal (for them) if they work like sloth. I have to go back for my prescriped medication because I gave up last time the queue was so long and the staff so so slow.

I am so impressed by the quality of the pharmacy staff, who remember me from one visit to the next and are always friendly and professional. This branch offers an exceptional level of customer service and medical expertise, supplying medication without fuss or delay.

Easily the worst branch I've been to. Average waiting time to get served is 10 minutes. 3-4 staff in the pharmacy but just one at the counter - moving at glacial pace.

I went in to day asking for one of these self testing kit for the latest omricon.it said in bold letters on a board close to the till they had run out.I asked the guy did he know where I could pick one up?he pointed again to the notice next to the till.I said you've told me that twice but can you give me any other establishment where I could pick one up?He said only when the government give more out will I be able to tell you sir.I was becoming more and more upset until a customer said a library in wandsworth. I was so pleased to get some positive feedback. I asked the guy behind the counter why didn't you know that information? he replied you didn't ask me that,I couldn't wait to get out

Small, sweet little shop. Stocks the essentials and the staff are friendly. Had my flu jab done, the gentleman (Christian) who did the jab was super friendly and kind. He explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Even though the appointment was after work, I hardly had to wait. All the staff seemed to be very efficient :-) Five stars.
