   Great location, friendly, helpful and professional staff… I get my jabs there… Today I had my blood pressure monitored. Girl who booked me in was perfect, pharmacist Sofia who set the reader up and take the reading at the end was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Jiyal (pharmacist to be) was there to take first reading and was in for “final verdict”… It is slightly elevated but I know I am in good hands with this lot…Highly recommended

   Avoid at all costs - no customer service and incompetent. Came in with sick 2 year old who needed antibiotics. Was told “out of stock” nothing they can do. Anyone who reads the news knows about the shortages & is aware the prescribing rules permit pharmacists to offer alternatives. This was not considered, or offered and when I requested - it was not done. Went to nearby OZA chemist where they also said it was out of stock but they called suppliers to see when it could be ordered and decided to give me the generic version for my sick child. Use OZA - they are sensible, caring and help.

   I was on my way home and became unwell. Despite Covid-19 the staff had no hesitation to come out and see if they could help (in a safe manner). The staff administered good will, kind words, water, a sick bag and a ginger sweet. Which was just enough to get me safely home. Thank you so much. You are all wonderful people in the right job.

   I always come here for prescriptions and other regular items we need for the family. The staff are all very helpful and service is quick and caring. A few months ago I asked for an item they didn’t normally stock and it was just ordered in for me-very nice. I also had a delivery of some regular items and although they are so busy during this challenging time, it was delivered within 24 hours. It’s just always a pleasant experience:)
