   awful service my vaccination was cancelled without warning two times. appallingly unprofessional. if you need the pharmacist go to bush pharmacy instead they are the best in the area this one almost cost me my flight.

   The complete lack of assistance was unacceptable. The pharmacist’s dismissive attitude raises serious concerns about his commitment to patient care—whether he is in this profession to serve people or simply to satisfy his own ego. This level of unprofessionalism is appalling and reflects disastrously on your company’s reputation for customer service.

   Red Light Pharmacy! lost their direction & purpose of helping the sick - denied an 83 year old man simple antibiotics for a chest infection because they demanded a printed copy of a prescription rather than an electronic one. Insisted the doctor email them to verify the prescription, and then did not like the tone of the email, and decided to deny the prescription. whoever that Pharmacist is really needs to rethink why he went into healthcare.

   My god this is the worst pharmacy in the whole of West 12! Friend has been wanting for covid booster, his appointment was at 10, first in line...person giving the jab half an hour late! Then informs everyone waiting it won't be till 11.15...now it's 12pm! Which doesn't surprise me, as I use to get my medication there including insulin, there were time I went without my medication insulin as well, because it was never done or they claims they didn't get the prescription. Not to mention how very rude they are, one kept calling because my prescription was nearly 5 weeks late! It was ready they couldn't be bothered to look or to tell me! Then when I picked it up there was no insulin! Said I didn't ordered it! When they did look it was still in the fridge! The pharmacies tried to say she already gave it to me at that point, but guess what my NAME was on it! That was the last time I went there, when I was called by that branch the idiot was apologising and I can hear her colleagues and herself laughing in the background so I put the phone down! I she had the audacity to call back and a marked on me putting the phone down on her which I did again. The countless fights and arguments that I have witnessed. Very bad service.

   Terrible pharmacy went to get Covid vaccination and I think the person doing the vaccine was out on the town the night before. I waited 2 hours for the vaccine. Every person who came through the door whilst I was waiting were told it going to be an hour late. Terrible.

   They've been amazing previously and currently going the extra mile in order for me to remain within the community with extensive disabilities. Empowering me to be supported with a triage of services within my borough. They're not condescending as I've found through previous pharmacys which I've accessed. Continue the great work guy's.
