   This place discriminates against people with HIV. Told me they don't give Covid vaccines to HIV positive people, despite the NHS saying we are eligible. Asks you to go to other places because they don't give Covid vaccines to people with HIV. Then just hangs up the phone when you call them again.

   I’ve been with this pharmacy for a while now, and I honestly can’t praise them enough. From the very beginning, they’ve consistently provided outstanding service, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional no matter how busy they are, they always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I’m comfortable with everything. One of the things I appreciate most is how well-stocked they are. Unlike other places where you’re constantly being told to come back in a few days, this pharmacy always seems to have what I need in stock.    This pharmacy have withheld my life medications for over 2 weeks this means I'm going without vital life saving meds due to their ignorance,they have blatantly lied when asked by surgery staff and by my carers stating they put it all back on the spine yet still havnt 3 weeks later, they have been told several times by my surgery manager this is not proper protocol and to release my scripts back onto the spine but have refused to do so continuously for over 2 weeks.
