   Brilliant pharmacy! They always make sure I get my medication in a timely manner and if any issues, they are able to provide custom advice. I have an invisible disability and they have been the most responsive and respectful. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Just make sure you’ve paid the PPC! Best one near me and been using them for 20 years now! Can’t thank them enough!

   I changed my pharmacy to Spivack initially because they were nearer to my home. However, I found a bonus, in that the staff were courteous, the service efficient, the advice (when needed) from the pharmacist, very helpful. An excellent pharmacy. One caveat -I would be very grateful if they stopped selling the sticky rodent traps as they are horrendously cruel.

   The staff at this pharmacy were so lovely to me today. My GP was late with sending them my prescription and when it finally arrived - 5 minutes before the pharmacy was going to close, they didn’t have it in stock, so one of the girls working there went and picked it up from another pharmacy next door. They were all so comforting and kind and went above and beyond, I can’t speak highly enough of Spivack Chemist. Thank you!

   All the staff at Spivack are lovely. It appears to me that the Owners or Management have changed @ least 3 times in as many yrs which can't be easy for the full-time staff to keep having to re-adjust all the time just to get moaned at. They used to be my regular pharmacy until I had to move, I really miss everyone there.

   This place used to be good when the Iraqi Dr was running it. Now they are completely feckless. They can never find your prescription and ask you the same thing over and over again. they will never call you to let you know your meds are ready for collection even if they say they will. if they eventually find them they are always where they should be! these people are not helpfull at all, they act like everything is too much trouble. they will blame the surgery, the doctor , you, the system and all the time its their incompetence and couldnt care less attitude that causes problems. these people don't give a damn about your health they are on a good screw from the NHS and they know it. I do not recommend this place and would advise anyone who depends on their meds to go somewhere more reliable (elgin crescent, golborne road).
