   what has happened to this pharmacy, used to be really good and now just not even worth a single star. No one knows how to deal with a prescription, no one answers the phone.. just bad now.

   This is by far my favourite pharmacy and I have been to many in the area. The service is great, the staffs are always smiling and welcoming. They are always on top of things. They always request my medications and I get them on time every time. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

   Stocks no first aid kits and no first aid items. Won't give you any of theirs either. As a result we had to waste NHS time, absolutely woeful

   Very disappointed. I was given a prescription from the hospital for much needed medication while 5 months pregnant and because the hospital pharmacy was closed, I was instructed to go to the nearest Lloyds pharmacy which happened to be this one. The Pharmacy refused to give the medication saying that the hospital should have done it not them and only gave the medication once the prescription was paid for despite having an exempt certificate due to pregnancy meaning it should have been free.

   I was going to collect my prescriptions sent by my GP. Ironically they didn’t have the log-on details to log on their system to retrieve my prescription. I had therefore missed my dose and had to travel all the way to another pharmacy in central London with massive pain - it was a nightmare. I will avoid this pharmacy in the future.
