   I have been using the Weight loss clinic since Feb , I did feel that I could get it slightly cheaper online , however little nervous to begin and wanted to speak to someone face to face . Despite me still being able to get it cheaper , I remained with Day Lesis , mainly because the access to a professional who understands and knows what they’re talking about . I found out exactly how my injection works , why I had the side effects I did and how to combat them , it put so many of my anxieties to rest and everytime I went in, the lady who did my appointment always made the time to speak to me . I hit a plataue and quite honestly , didn’t think much would work, but the lady in my appointment knew exactly what to do and it just made me feel so supported ! I’ve lost 2/3rds of what I aimed for and I don’t think I would have been able to stick to it for this long if it wasn’t for the type of service I received . Thanks again.

   My 95 yr old mother who lives near went there as she used to be able to order her prescriptions from there. Recently there is a lady who works there who now refuses to order the prescriptions for her. My mum was told she has to go to her doctors ( 2 bus rides away) to order as she doesn’t do online. Where is there any customer care? My mum went to Tesco and a completely different attitude- friendly, helpful and order for my mum and send her a text when ready. So much for supporting local shops!!

   The staff at Day Lewis consistently go above and beyond. The manager assisted my son with an infected rash, and I was amazed at how quickly it was resolved. They even followed up a few days later to check on his progress. The service and care provided are exceptional, and it’s reassuring to have such support so close to home. Their long opening hours and knowledgeable staff make a real difference. Thank you for helping my little one.
