   Asked for Xailin eye gel but lady asked me if that’s my name?! Another colleague took over my query and instead of gel - gave me an ointment. Despite of the fact that I told her it’s an ointment she was looking at the box and said that it is not stated that’s ointment. Hence I requested to look at the ingredients - clearly stated it contain soft paraffin which means it’s an ointment. I would highly recommend to catch up with knowledge about eye drops as pharmacist should be aware how to check ingredients. She didn’t asked me about any allergies to ingredient. Very disappointing experience and ridiculous that staff has no basic understanding how to check ingredients and what’s the different between gel and ointment!

   I came here to grab some things for my cat as there were no emergency vet appointments and I needed to treat him at home! I couldnt find any other chemist in my local area with the supplies he needed and luckly sabel chemist did. The staff were super lovely, and helped me so so much. The cleaner and bandages worked well for him and he's recovering very fast now, so grateful

   Pharmacist is extremely helpful as are the rest of the staff. Always very kind and has never made an error when dispensing my medication. Only tiny criticism is that he reads out the name of each medication, so everyone else in the shop hears what pills you are taking. Other than that I can't fault him.

   I always use this pharmacy as the pharmacist, Deepak, is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have a regular prescription every 2 months and he always remembers my name and what medicines I have. He is also helpful with other ailments and problems that come up. The ladies who help him are also helpful and pleasant.
