   Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Rude and nonchalant staff. They did not give any advice and told me to go to a GP. So what is the point of advertising that you offer NHS services if you don’t actually offer them. Absolute waste of time.

   I went to this pharmacy for advice over a red eye. They declined to give any advice (NHS website advises they should be able to) and got me to call a number instead for a company called evolutio, who don't operate in the Finchley area and offered to book an appointment somewhere else a week later. This is for an issue that the NHS website advises you should go speak to a pharmacist about. The pharmacy should remove this poster and reconsider their policy

   Such helpful and polite people. I left Boots Temple Fortune after years due to some of the staff's arrogance and rudeness. Never been happier. Wish you all the success with your family-run business.

   I had a prescription I needed urgently sent on Friday 23rd December and called several times that day to check it was ready but no one answered the phone. Then at 17:59 they let me know they had my prescription ready but I couldn’t collect it for 5 days because they were closing for Xmas till 28th December. I explained I was 2 minutes away and needed the medication urgently but they refused to allow me to collect it even though they were still there when I arrived at 18:03 and I had explained I had none left. Such jobsworths. Thankfully I managed to get through to my GP who sent a prescription to another chemist. I won’t be using Reena anymore.

   The people at Reena Pharmacy are caring and kind. They will always try to help you over and above the call of duty. I just had my flu jab there and Tanvi was so gentle I did not even realise she had done it! I cannot recommend this lovely local pharmacy highly enough

   I have had my flu jab there recently, having been very happy with my previous painfree flu vaccination there. The pharmacy were very efficient before my appointment - putting me on their list and contacting me a few days later with an appointment for the vaccination. This time a pharmacist I haven't met before administered my flu jab. It was very painful and when I reported it I had a dubious reply, with very little care about how it felt for me. I will not be coming back for vaccinations there again.

   I have lived around Finchley Central for a good half a decade now. Initially I went through a few different pharmacies before settling on Reena. A choice that in the end I am very happy with. As someone with chronic illness and in need of daily medication to survive, I can not express enough how thankful I am for the support Reena and Tanvi in particular has provided me over the years. Whatever trouble I found myself in, they were always there for me to save me in my time of need. People such as me depend on the support of local independent pharmacies and I can not overstate how thankful I am to Reena and how they always go that extra mile that so few services are willing to provide in the UK these days. Thank you!
