I have been trying to book an appointment for vaccine I already paid for and I called 20times in one day..literally! No one ever answers the phone...never!I will have to drive all over (no local) to ask them whats going on to be able to book my appointment and then drive again when my appointment is due. Ridiculous.
Never had a problem getting my meds from here, staff professional and friendly.
This Pharmacy is very helpful with a friendly staff. I didn't have a problem with my prescription at all, excellent service.
A special mention to Barbara who gave excellent service. My prescription hadn't reached the pharmacy IT system when I got there. Barbara took down my name & number, and called me as soon as the prescription had been processed. Great service, thank you.
Some of the staff who work here should not be working in a pharmacy! They messed up my medication, missing a whole bottle of anti biotics, and failed to explain the dosage to me when I asked, instead telling men to read the label! Furthermore I spent two days calling them to never have my call answered.
Friendly and efficient staff. Especially a young hijabi girl who has often helped me whenever go to pick up my prescriptions. Been going here for 4 years love it!
A great Pharmacy, I always experience friendly and helpful staff who are very happy to offer their expert opinion. In particular pharmacist Endri, he really went the extra mile to offer me the right advice and guidance to support my recovery. I cannot thank him enough as he really made a difference. The community needs more people like him.
