   I honestly can’t speak highly enough about CJ, Jenny and the whole team at Prima Pharmacy! Kind, polite, helpful and always go above and beyond to help out! My elderly parents moved to the area recently and they’ve been amazing with the GP and prescription changeover and generally everything! Thank you all!

   As a dedicated carer, I frequently visit Prime Pharmacy Bell Hill to collect prescriptions for the people I support l. The customer service provided by the ladies at the front has always been fantastic, with their helpful attitude making my visits pleasant and efficient. However, my experience with one particular gentleman at the back who is pharmacist and checks the prescriptions has consistently been disappointing. Instead of offering assistance and ensuring a smooth process, this individual has been rude and unhelpful, making things unnecessarily difficult for me. I have found his demeanor to be off-putting and his lack of professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my interactions at Prime Pharmacy Bell Hill

Kam (the pharmacist) is very knowledgeable and is happy to provide advice and guidance if you have a problem or query. I have used Prima Pharmacy for many years as it’s good to support local businesses that are an asset to the community.

   Prima pharmacy has been my family’s local pharmacy for over 30 years. All the staff there have always been approachable, knowledgeable, polite and caring.They continue to keep Covid safety in mind by there important policy off one customer in shop at a time., as it is a small local pharmacy with limited space to keep staff and customers safely distantant, if they did not. The pharmacist has done a marvellous job at helping sort and follow up the numerous prescriptions my elderly mother requires from her local surgery. Would highly recommend this local pharmacy and will continue to support it .

   I couldn’t recommend this place more. My little girl had a raging fever and a rash. I called 111 and they referred me to the surgery. I called them and after almost an hour I got cut off. I then went to Prima Pharmacy. The pharmacist was so knowledgeable and reassuring and made me feel at ease. I showed him photos that I had taken and explained that I had done the “glass test”. After spending quite some time, he said it looked like heat rash and recommended some medicine for the temperature. He then said I should call 111 again or even go to A&E if it got worse and said I could call him at any time. Turns out he was right. The fever went down and the rash cleared up. For a first time dad he was really comforting and I will now continue to use him.
