   Horrible experience in store today. I went in to purchase new makeup and the staff followed me up and down the isles as if I was trying to steal. I left the store without purchasing half the items I had wanted as I felt so uncomfortable continuing to browse. Won’t be back

   I visited pharmacy area to ask if I could book a private Flu vaccine because I do not qualify for an NHS one. Pharmacist told me they had no flu vaccines due to supply issues. I went to Boots instead and they had plenty and no supply issues. Given current news items urging vaccination I am a little surprised that this store has none.

   Do you like getting told your prescription has not arrived from the surgery even though it was sent a week ago & then when you come back you are told their computers are down? Do you like having this happen every time show show up, month after month? Do you like being treated rudely? Then this is the place for you. Would give 0 starts if possible.

   SUCH RUDE STAFF! Staff shouting to each other to “get them out” talking about customers at 6.58pm. I only went in as the website said it closed at 7.30pm. I politely let the woman know it said that and she shouted at me that the opening hours are on the door. Can’t believe how rudely they were treating everyone left on the shop as it was closing! Other reviews the same. Most shops closing in the centre so they need better customer service to stop this happening here too.

   Rude manager and a messy, chaotic store. Read all the other comments and you will understand why this Superdrug store should be avoided. Hope it closes down. Waste of good retail space Save time and money and shop in Boots.

   No testers or help around at the make up station + very rude (aggressively rude) and unhelpful employees! I was left shocked and surprised at the same time as I couldn’t understand why people like that are serving customers! My experience at this store has put me off if using Superdrug’s!

   Just had the most horrifying experience at Superdrug Wimbledon. Honestly, I generally have very low expectations for Superdrug’s customer service but this experience was just too much. I was looking at lipsticks and pick up a lip gloss that was open thinking it’s a test tried on my hand then suddenly a lady came out of nowhere and started shouting very loudly at my face, it’s not a tester, it’s not a test, it’s not a test… at least 3-4 times. It felt patronising and extremely rude. It’s like I am deaf! Firstly, this behaviour is totally unacceptable. Secondly, the only reason why I would buy lipstick in store is because I could put some on my hand and see the true colour as (just like everyone who wears lipstick knows) colour inside is 99% different from the colour on outside or in display. So if I can’t test it and Superdrug is not providing tester, well Superdrug might as well close shop and we shop online!!! It’s heartbreaking as I love shopping in store and I prefer human interaction but it’s not worth it if I am going to have to buy something without seeing the inside it just like shopping online. In this case online shopping is the better option. I have been living in Wimbledon and shopping at this Superdrug for over 15 years but sadly, I am going to avoid it at all cost from now on.

   Find the staff are there more to socialise than to provide a good service. They wear something like Bluetooth headsets to chat to each other about personal stuff, which I'm sure is fine when the store is quiet but honestly the guy that served me wasn't paying any attention to what he was doing and was carrying on with a conversation whilst scanning my things. I find this behaviour really rude. I have worked in a similar customer service environment myself in the past and would never have acted this way.
