   This is by far the worst shopping experience i ever had. I got my son’s school shirts from this shop at extortionate price of £20.86 for 5 year old shirt. Firstly, the lady said there are no half sleeves shirts available then she checked and then from the back of the rack she found a pack of half sleeves shirt in torn package. I ignored the packaging as i needed the shirts urgently. The sales lady at paisley store assured that she has been measuring kids for 15 years and this is the right size for my son. When we tried at home the shirt was far too big for my son. We had to then get it from somewhere else the same day. When i took the shirts back to the store the same lady told me she cannot accept it as the pack is torn. And was unbelievably rude to me. I then emailed about this issue and got a response to take it to citizen advice. I am definitely taking this further as this is not only about the money but about the mistreatment i have received. I wish i had read the reviews about this company before. I will advise everyone to stay away from this store

   Great service and products. Baru Paisley managed to sort us out on time for school starting, despite it being after the guaranteed deadline, after another local supplier let us down. Won't go anywhere else now. Very friendly and reliable.

   Owner tries to upsell everything, comes across as rude and pushy. Nearly twice the price of Schoolwear Made Easy and a worse service. She will claim it’s a superior product, but the labels show it’s the same brand. Two words: won’t be back.

   The delivery and quality in a senior blazer is excellent from Baru. It is the exact fit I was looking for and delighted to hear that it is made responsibly. The customer service received was also outstanding particularly from Margaret. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!

   Unbelievably bad customer service. On collecting pre-paid item for elderly ill mother who couldn’t make it down to collect item for her grandchild was accused of possible theft (of a pre-paid £14 school jumper) & having a fake driving licence when I tried to show proof of address. Dreadful woman. Would not recommend this shop

   I would like to the thank all the staff in this shop they are so professional nothing was a bother and I will never use another shop again I got let down with another shop I will not mention and I went along to this shop looking for a St.Andrews blazer last Monday as I had been let down and a week later they made a sixteen year old very happy today thank you so much

   We have used Baru in Paisley for many years they come to our school however I prefer going to the store. The staff are always superb every time they go that extra mile. Yes we've had problems with stock but it's been sorted in a decent manner. That's why I continue to go this store .

   We always use Baru for our children's uniforms. Massive selection of nursery, school and work outfits available. Nice friendly service and all of our orders have been reliably fulfilled. Giving four stars rather than five as it is a bit pricey. Will use again, thanks.
