I regularly go here to pick up meds for my wife. Always friendly and good service. They follow up if our GP hasn’t sent over the right prescription.
A good pharmacy, who can give advice when needed. My medication is efficiently prepared and the communication is excellent. Gentle care from Olive when I had my flu jab last year.

Very rude staff with no customer service. I called today 3 times and someone answered but kept putting the phone down. Just say you are busy and to call back later but he keor putting the phone down. So my husband went to collect the medicines and he asked them why they couldn't take the call and three of them shouting at husband that we are busy. I mean so why answer the call. Also they said that they had texted me since Friday why didn't i collect my medicines. What's that got to do with anything?? I have been working n busy so didn't get the chance to collect. But it shouldn't be a problem??! I will change to another pharmacy. I have had time to reflect and to be honest i was under a lot of stress as my mother was at hwe last stage of life and it was near Christmas and I was not great myself so in hindsight perhaps it was a bit harsh of me. But I did have the phone put down and the. Manager has now explained ans apologised for this misunderstanding. I do believe they are generally friendly and offer a good food service overall.

This is without doubt the best community pharmacy I have ever frequented in my fifty eight years. They offer a remarkable personal service from which I have benefited and I have seen so many others benefit. If one attends when there is a rush on they still try their best to help as efficiently and caringly as possible.
