Google Maps says it’s open on Sunday so I walked all the way down there while being very sick and realised it is closed on the Sunday. Can you please change your Google Maps and not making any false information on it please?
I'm new to the area. Changed my nominated pharmacy to this one for repeat prescriptions. On Saturday requested medicine through NHS app. Went yesterday to collect, making sure enough time had elapsed for medicine to arrive. The counter staff kind of seemed surprised to see me. She said something vague like the GP often chooses a pharmacy themselves which a patient hasn't nominated, and the patient never shows up. So despite getting the request for my medicine from the GP, they didn't order it, and didn't even try to contact me to confirm. She just said she'd order it now, come back tomorrow. No apology, and didn't even check if I've actually run out of my medicine! An extremely poor way to treat a new patient/customer, and a very strange policy.
Very honest pharmacist - I had to deal with him on a professional matter. IMO he dealt with my query very honestly and that is always refreshing. I have no doubt he extends this attitude to the rest of his practice in Tooting.
Thank you Mr Indrajit Patel. He was so helpful and willing to understand customer's situation. He processed my refund politely understanding the reason behind it.
Products are highly priced than the other shops. Almost 2-3times higher
Awful experience at this pharmacy. Reluctant to see me, no advice given, lack of communication. Do better.
Very helpful staff - after unfortunate error of my mum being prescribed medication she is allergic too at hospital, NHS 111 emailed a new prescription over to Tooting Pharmacy for us to collect over Easter Bank Holiday. They were very helpful over the phone before we went to collect, confirming they had the prescription and medication in stock. Very quick service on collection and made a bank holiday weekend much less stressful!
Very very helpful and friendly staff. I can't recommend them highly enough. Professional and very knowledgeable. They treat customers as they would help a member of their own family and go above and beyond when and wherever possible. Thank you Mr Indrajit Patel and your amazing staff you should be immensely proud of your team.
