All the staff members are hard working and polite. Umesh is an outstanding professional - knowledgeable, always willing to help. The pharmacy is a real asset to our community!
This is an absolutely brilliant Pharmacy. They have looked after our family for over 20 years and my 99 year old mother in law for 2 years. Prescriptions come straight away from the Surgery next door and everybody working there is really helpful

Sorry to report that all of my interactions with this pharmacy have always been absolute chaos. They have lost prescriptions despite my doctor's surgery sending multiple times, misspelled by name and delayed simple pick ups of refills each time and been straight out rude and unwilling to solve the problem. I've only been helped properly when the lady working there answers the phone. If you have other options, avoid this pharmacy altogether.

Horrible experience and outrageous customer services. I went this morning to this pharmacy and bought a ThermoScan 3 IRT 3030 for 34.99£ to use with our 8 year child as she is unwell and I need thermometer urgently . I took 3 readings as soon as got back home and it gave very varying temperatures, varied from 37.0 to 38.4! Had no faith in using it so came back a few hours later to return the product as it is totally unreliable and faulty and the manager in the pharmacy refused to refund or exchange it as said was working to his opinion although he tried himself and was not accurate at all. I let him know I need it to work properly and I did not want a faulty product . He did not give me any choice or help at all rather than to contact the brand directly.They should be responsible for what they sell if they sell faulty products.
