Truly a great pharmacy! The staff are extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Lana the pharmacist always answers my many questions with care. Would highly recommend this pharmacy and am grateful for their excellent service!
Absolutely terrible, appalling customer service. Despite having a valid prescription for high blood pressure medication they did not accept it because the doctor signed it with their full name instead of a signature. Very rude as well. This medication was critical for me to start as soon as possible, luckily the prescription was perfectly accepted in another pharmacy as there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. Will never go to this place again.
Attended the pharmacy today to collect Someone medication most of they had Except 2 items I was very trying to find a Pharmacy that had the other two items in Stock but luckily the pharmacist managed To find a pharmacy who could help me Out I would just like say a big Thank you to Soman & Bunmi For all their help with this matter Thanks guys
Always had such a positive experience at Earlsfield Pharmacy. Carlos in particular has always been really kind and helpful on the phone when I’ve been waiting on repeat prescriptions from the GP. Great range of products in the store and they have always been helpful when I’ve brought my toddler in for advice/treatment on minor ailments! Also them being open till 7pm on weekdays is always really useful. Will continue to use them.
Horrible experience on more than one occassion. Issued me medication which turned out to have another patient sticker on, when I returned it to them a day later they assured me it was not dispensed to another patient. Stated it was prepared but never collected, when I then pointed out to them the pharmacy details of the sticker were not theirs, they could not explain. Rudely took my medication back and issued me a new one. Awful customer service, especially from a young women with long dark hair and a long hair guy. They rudely shouted from across the back, they did not think it was appropriate to come to me and deal with the complaint. Someone like this should not work in customer service industry. Shame as initially this pharmacy was lovely but the staff in there now, is just rude. Luckily I switched to another local pharmacy.
Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Brilliant with my toddler who was having the chicken pox vaccine. Would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent pharmacy with very friendly and helpful staff. SMS are sent to my phone when my prescription is ready. They go out of their way to ensure my meds are available. Follow up with me on the phone if I start new meds. Thanx so much everyone!

Unbelievably helpful and friendly pharmacy. I came in to get some eye cream that had been prescribed to me and it wasn't in stock. The pharmacist called 11 local pharmacies on my behalf to see if it was stocked as he could see i was in pain. I was very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend to anyone in the local area. Thanks for your help.
