   I just want to share a review saying a huge thank you to New Care Pharmacy Willesden green. They are hands down the most helpful chemist I have ever been to. If you need anything they will find it for you, if you have any questions about health or want some suggestions about how to overcome a cold, they are always happy to be of service. The Aunty of Willesden green has helped me so many times. Aunty is a kind lady who works in the chemist and who knows everyone in Willesden. She is always seen smiling and talking to the customers. She genuinely wants to help everyone that walks into the chemist. We are lucky to have her. The rest of the staff are also so lovely. They are very warm and make you feel at ease almost immediately. They are a great team. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a supplement, medication or food item to shop at Newcare Pharmacy. Willesden Green is fortunate to have them.

   I have a very mixed feelings about my experience at the pharmacy. Long queues and waiting time, and staff not friendly at all, and not helpful as I would hoped except one nice man Mohammed i think , he was very kind and tried to help. I was fed up one day and I went to other side of the pharmacy where is one lady called Bhavna and..Oh my God!!! A total gem!!! Soooo kind and helpful, always with a smile and very knowldgable. Health food section is great and I must say Bhavna helped me so much that I have resolved my concerns I came initialy with. Pharmacy should do some huge improvements in service and efficiency and they can look into health food section how it is done by Bhavna. They can learn a lot about the customer care and service!!! Thank you Bhavna for your kindness and all kind help always.

   I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have received excellent service, but what I witnessed last Thursday 13/2/25 was unacceptable. One of the pharmacists, a very nice man named Mohammed was talked down to by a new lady. She was extremely rude to him without any reason, talking to him in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. I have in the past had many interactions with this gentleman whilst collecting numerous prescriptions and have always found him to be both professional and polite with excellent customer service skills. He is an asset to this business. What a shame they have now got this rude lady working there. If I see her at the counter I will go elsewhere.

   If you fancy a long old wait and then wait some more this is your place. I had to start using a different pharmacy because my last 10 to 15 visits to pick up a prescription have been me hanging around for over 20 mins . I explain every month what I need ordering and they end up just requesting everything I need plus things I don’t !!! So annoying . The old lady on the other counter is brilliant though . She really helps and listens and I can see frustration on her face when she sees customers waiting around forever at the pharmacy counter .

   I've been a customer of Newcare Pharmacy for many years and have nothing but high praise for its staff, especially Auntie who runs the health food/ supplements section: she 'knows her stuff' and has given me great advice on many occasions whilst treating me with warmth and kindness. In my books, she is the heart and soul of the place.

   I am a very happy regular customer of Newcare Pharmacy. I cannot praise highly enough the good service and the comprehensive range of products including health foods and natural vitamins products as well as mainstream medicine. The health food manageress Bhavana is always warm friendly kind and thoughtful in meeting our needs and so are the staff on the pharmacy desk and staff within the shop. This has meant so much during the pandemic and throughout my husband’s illness with cancer. The range of PPE products (masks, visors testing kits, hand sanitizer etc) has been thoughtfully provided at all stages of the pandemic meeting our requirements as the situation altered. This continued to be the case. It is always a joy to be served with such kindness.

   Honestly the best pharmacy I've been to in London. Auntie, who is responsible for the health shop, is such a lovely and sunny person. She gives great advice and cares deeply for each customer, which is so rare and special. The pharmacists are also great and super nice. Truly a little gem in Willesden Green, such good energy!
