   I like this pharmacy as it is conveniently located. I find the staff particularly welcoming, caring and competent. When they were unable to procure some medication, they helped me getting it faster elsewhere. What a fantastic customer service!

   I have been collecting nhs and private prescriptions from this pharmacy for about four months now. So far, every time I have needed to go two or three times (on days they assured me they would have it) before it was available. This led to me being without my medication for a few days, which was frustrating and upsetting. However, once they were made aware of the impact of this, they treated me kindly and made a strong effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Their apologies were sincere, and I appreciate the lengths they went to make everything right.

   An extremely friendly outfit , , , I've been with them for some years now, found the two ladies and the gentleman very polite, very friendly and very competent. They've always provided valuable advice on my medication and health issues . . . . Was really saddened by unsubstantiated and wild remarks by Mr. Chris Goncalves - looks like a motivated act . I wish the best to this very helpful,, highly organized pharmacy and would recommend it to anyone looking for a complete health provider .

   Poor service! A grumpy woman who doesn't look you in the face and knows you begrudgingly! They renovated the pharmacy, they should change the human material too! Go far! There are many good pharmacies in the area! I recommend NEW CARE Pharmacy, where the employees are extremely human, kind, answer your questions and don't just want to PUSH products on people! In fact, that's what you expect from a pharmacy, isn't it??!

   Professional and Helpful staff: I changed to this Chemist 2 years by word of mouth and now I want to share the positive experience: *the Ladies/Chemists are so welcoming and polite. *they have kept me informed of medication availability * helped me when I needed to see someone urgently after a wasp sting *always provide sound advice.
