   I have been using this pharmacy for 18 years. often avoiding buying from larger chains to support a local business. today a pharmacist I have not seen there before who is apparently the new pharmacist was so incredibly rude to me - I left speechless and in tears. the kind person behind the till who had tried to help me was evidently embarrassed and apologetic. I had symptoms questioned, challenged as if I was lying / making them up. he spoke over me, down to me like I was an idiot and mansplained. I was actually in shock. I will never ever ever step foot in this pharmacy again and I advise all locals to take their business elsewhere too. it is such a shame - a part of the high street and do have some lovely members of the team. absolutely disgusting treatment of someone who went there for help.

   Horrible service super rude, was recommended to go here from 111 for treatment, staff member (woman with long hair in ponytail) wouldn’t give me a private room to explain my symptoms, cut me off when I was trying to explain and then tried to upsell me on a test in front of other customers. Disgusting that you have to explain your private matters in front of other customers what happened to patient confidentiality?? Do not go here unless you want to not be treated and feel horrible

   Stopped in the other day and it was busy enough to have a queue of 4 or 5 people. Even so the woman behind the till managed to serve everyone quickly and calmly while still listening to each person and answering their questions. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

   One lady in here that wears glasses, she’s helped me with a medical condition i had on my waist. She provided me with right stuff that I needed. Very helpful and very nice lady. The rest were also very nice.

   I think these people doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. Everyone is RUDE!!! I will never come back on this pharmacy I rather pick up my prescription on different pharmacy.

   Rude pharmacist. Monthly prescriptions was always delayed and when I phoned them, I kept getting messages like we still haven't got the prescription through from the gp which was not true. Also when I went to collect the medication, not all medication was given. I noticed a particular medication was missing, I had to ask for it, otherwise they would not give it. They did this several times! There's a better pharmacy two doors away! I don't even need to call them monthly and they deliver it to us!! Thank god i don't have to hear his rudeness.
