   Terrible communication. Let’s you book a flu jab and then only when you turn up they tell you they’ve run out. Even when telling them it’s still bookable on their website they didn’t seem to care. Dreadful staff. Now I can’t rebook for another pharmacy as they didn’t cancel my appointment even though they couldn’t offer it. Now I can’t get a flu jab anywhere

   I've had some good helpful experiences with the pharmacy. However, on my recent visit there with my sister, the service was appalling. My sister called them around 9am and then went to collect some meds for her around 950am. However, there was a group of people getting vaccinated. So, one of the staff at the pharmacy suggested we go home or grab a coffee and return. She said it should take about half an hour, so she told us to get there for 1030. This is precisely what we did despite being in a rush as we had a 2 hour drive later in the day to outside of London. We get there for exactly 1030 and see a queue has formed. We go past it and find the lady who asked us to come back at 1030. She told us the vaccinations were still ongoing but she expected it to finish shortly. So she told us to wait. We waited by the counter on the side. More queue formed. When she came back and we saw the vaccinated family coming out of the room, we approached the staff at the till. She then told us - can you please join the queue..! At this point, there are about 5-6 people waiting in the queue. She then tells us a lady is now before us. We asked the staff if the lady joined before or after we had originally made an appointment at 950am for us to be seen at 1030am. The pharmacist said the lady came to the pharmacy AFTER us but she did not leave, therefore she will be seen first. We were absolutely gobsmacked. We told her that we only left because she TOLD US TO LEAVE. She agreed but she insisted that because we left we lost our position in the queue. I'm absolutely confused - I try to clarify that she never told us we'd lose our position in the queue. We thought we had an appointment - WHICH WE MADE IN PERSON. But she said no. By this time, we have lost nearly an hour. Instead of wasting more of our time, we went to another pharmacy in a nearby Boots. The lady did not apologise, she did not accept responsibility, she was not understanding at all, absolutely appalling communication and zero acknowledgement of her mistake and resolution of the problem. All she had to do was tell the lady waiting that we had already been in earlier in the morning and therefore we will be seen first. It was literally a 2 min appointment that my sister ended up getting. But nope - nothing at all. Completely useless and such a big waste of time and then trying to blame us for leaving...! Disgusting attitude!

   If only I could give this pharmacy 0 star. I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy and was told to come back in 30 minutes due to a family ahead of me waiting to receive their vaccination. I followed their instructions and returned after 30 minutes, only to be told I had to rejoin the queue because I had "left." I explained that I had only stepped away because their staff asked me to, but they insisted there were now others ahead of me. The staff member I dealt with was rude, unhelpful, dismissive, and completely incompetent. Showing no accountability or understanding of the situation. The lack of clear communication and basic customer service was disappointing. I left feeling frustrated and completely let down. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you value your time or expect to be treated with respect.

   Popped in on the off chance to enquire about a flu jab when I realised I couldn't make the appointment I booked months ago at home in Wiltshire. I had the jab on the spot. Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

   I love this pharmacy, they’ve always helped me out. Sometimes I would’ve run out of my medication and they would supply me on the spot and order more. Always give good advice too, I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

   Booked in for vaccinations last Monday, they cancelled on the day. Made an appointment for vaccinations today, I turned up and they cancelled on the spot. Very polite staff but I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for vaccines!
