I went there so desperate a lady with Gucci glasses helped me even if she did not have what I need she was so friendly and empathetic!!!! I will buy everything from them keep This women at all price!!!!
Incredibly unwelcoming and unfriendly. I booked for a flu vaccination after being asked to by my GP and by my employer (an NHS Trust). They seemed to be looking for reasons not to give me the vaccination and refused to give it
I regularly visit this pharmacy to pick up my medication. However, this was my first time meeting Stacey, and she did a fantastic job assisting me with Pharmacy First. When that didn’t work out, she kindly helped by calling my GP on my behalf due to my deafness. Later that day, I returned to pick up my medication, including a numbing throat spray. When I mentioned that I didn’t like the taste, she thoughtfully brought me some water to drink. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service. :)
This place is a mess. It looks like it has been burgled. The doors don’t open properly, the aisle is piled with junk, the display in the window is ridiculous and they are slow at dispensing prescriptions. Will go to any other.
Awful horrible pharmacist - the tall old man. He’s extremely rude too. Never going there again! Avoid if possible! there are a couple of other pharmacies on the same high road.
Really friendly helpful staff, who know their stock. Plenty of choice in many products, including perfumes and cosmetics, and the pharmacy is efficient and prompt.
Pharmacist was very rude, didn't have my medication and couldn't tell me when they would be able to order it. The pharmacy itself is unkempt and run-down. Try other pharmacies nearby, they're much better stocked, cleaner and staff are helpful and polite.
Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Never had any issue picking up my prescription. Useful range of products at a reasonable price.
Does not accept Scottish or Northern Irish money as part of the company policy. Absolutely disgusting attitude towards the use of Scottish money - had mine refused when trying to pay for a prescription. A horrible way to embarrass customers and create segregation in a multicultural community.
