This is absolutely a 5 star pharmacy! I love the service here and have never had a bad experience in the years I have visited. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and competent. Thank you Sara and Bev and a special shout out to Julie who is truly a star!
Came to the pharmacy looking for an item which is out of stock everywhere, was met by a lovely pharmacist who called several pharmacies to source the item and get it delivered to the store so I can pick up. Pharmacist provided excellent advice, thank you so much for such smooth service yusef, will definitely return.
Have been going for quite some time to collect my monthly prescription. However recently I have been having to go multiple times because my prescription isn't put correctly or they have forgotten to give me my inhaler or they repeatedly would want me to come to collect my steroid tablets. The fact that I have to remind them and repeatedly, return back to store and remind them of missing prescriptions is terrible. Even though they have all my information and I have been a frequent customer, I am still having to come and do their job for them. I am not happy with this poor service.
I stopped doing business with this chemist. I had been using them for three years for a particular prescription, and increasingly over the last year they were slower and slower to fill it and often wouldn't have it, when other chemists did. Even while they were able to fill it it took them much longer than other chemists to do so. Why they didn't simply have it ready and waiting when others did was beyond me. The last straw for me was when I was in the store one day to get the prescription filled and they did not have it. I asked for the prescription so I could get it elsewhere and then they told me they'd have it end of day that day. They didn't, and when I came back the next day a different person served me. They lied to me and said they had just received the NHS prescription and that they'd need a day to fill it. I explained that that wasn't what I was told yesterday, and magically, they found the prescription. Dishonest and inefficient. No reason to use them when there are plenty better in the area.
What an amazing service - they checked my blood pressure whilst I waited for my meds to be dispensed
If you're looking for a chemist with a personal touch, Spivack is the place to be! Not only will they fill your prescription with a smile, but they also have a great sense of humor. My favorite joke they told me was, "Why did the chemist cross the road? To get to the other side-effect!" Five stars for Spivack Chemist, always leaving me feeling better than when I walked in

Very good Staff. I visited first time today this pharmacy regarding medication for sore throat. The man wearing glasses, he was very professional and he personally helped me and explain about the medication. I always refer to all my friends and families to this pharmacy...Thanks
The pharmacist is very rude and should be more polite with their customers. The front desk lady is always very helpful and polite. Never going back again and I'll transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy
