   I had been coming here for years, but after several NHS prescription mistakes, I received the wrong medication multiple times — something I should never have been given. Even after I asked them to reject that item and provide the correct one, they kept sending the same wrong medicine. When I went in to explain, a young male staff member accused me of lying — completely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. After the fifth time it happened (all within a month), I stopped using this pharmacy. Later I found out the issue also involved the NHS system, but the staff’s attitude here made it far worse.

   I had an exceptional experience at this pharmacy, particularly with Dr. Arshra (apologies if I've misspelled the name). After leaving my doctor's office feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the diagnosis, I came to this pharmacy for my prescription. Dr. Arshra took the time to truly listen to me and understand my concerns. His attentiveness allowed him to gather more comprehensive information, resulting in a much more accurate diagnosis than I had received from my doctor.I've been a regular customer at this pharmacy for some time now, and I'm consistently impressed by how helpful and friendly the entire staff is. They always go above and beyond to ensure patients receive the best possible care and advice. This recent interaction has only reinforced my trust and appreciation for their services. If you're looking for a pharmacy where you'll be treated with respect, listened to attentively, and receive expert advice, I highly recommend this one.    5 people working inside a small shop and no one of them turn around to acknowledge a customer that has come inside your store. 5 of you and nobody has asked to help. I have waited 9 minutes just to purchase one simple thing while one of the lady and one guy were looking at me instead of asking me what I needed and that’s why they never came to take my money and give me the product I needed. Also, why would you say sorry? Change your behaviour in better if you want customer to chose your pharmacy over others, that’s what you should do. A sorry doesn’t do anything.

   I visited this pharmacy for the first time to have a flu jab. The staff and the Pharmacist who gave me my flu jab were really professional and friendly and even though it is quite a small pharmacy it does stock the basic essentials that you purchase from a pharmacy plus items such as bio degradable toothbrushes etc. Parking can be difficult as this pharmacy is situated on a main road, but there are several buses which stop nearby

   You can take a paid test for Covid 19 at this pharmacy. The company that makes the DocTap test. I took the test in mid-December. The result was in 2 days. It is important to arrive exactly at the appointed time. can be reached by train and 10 minutes walk through the city.
