   Robards has been our family pharmacy for nearly 20 years. Their service is always impeccable. Fahred and the team constantly go above and beyond to ensure we get the right medications, vaccinations and care at the right time - often chasing the GP surgery, sourcing scarce medication and even researching rare contraindications beyond the standard information provided by the pharma companies. They are always a pleasure to deal with and it's not an exaggeration to say that they are critical to keeping our family healthy.

   This is the only pharmacy in the area truly dedicated to its customers, providing efficient and friendly service. My children’s medication is always subject to shortages, and while other pharmacies were unable to source it, Robbard managed to secure it thanks to their determination. I cannot praise them highly enough!

   Extremely helpful and friendly! This pharmacy helped me get a prescription which was suppose to be collected from Boots but for some reason they were closed! We will be getting our medicine and prescriptions from Robards from now on.

   Very professional service. My PCR test was a very clear and easy process which enabled me to travel. Results were fast as well. The staff were very polite and the pharmacist explained the PCR procedure to me. I will continue to use this pharmacy. There is also a bus stop directly outside the store which enables people who do not walk well to get there although I have been made aware that there is a free delivery service.

   I have been a client of Robards pharmacy for 7 years and despite living a couple of miles away due to moving, I still use this pharmacy as I have had great service, my medication is always ready for me, I get great health advice when I am unable to see a doctor,medication delivered when I have been unable to leave my home due to my disability. I wod recommend this pharmacy to all as the level serviice is of a high standard.

   As a Google Local Guide, I can assure you this is a friendly local pharmacy. Almost all staff are super friendly and super capable. They will take the time and effort to know you on a first name basis. To respond to another reviewer, yes, they probably have to mark up their over-the-counter stuff more than the high street giants. But they will just as readily tell you to not buy from them and go to one of those places if they think it's in your best interest. Integrity, helpfulness, friendliness, and personal relationship. Can't get that at the local Boots.
