   Very nice chemist, probably the nicest in the area. Popped in on a Sunday morning with a bad case of conjunctivitis and they were super quick to recommend exactly the drops I needed. The lady that served me was very friendly and I’d definitely return. Thank you

   I came for a flu vaccine, booked a week ago, and was told on arrival that they had run out. It would have been nice to be notified ahead of the appointment to reschedule - what a waste of time. There's no point having a booking system if appointments are not managed.

   Genuinely the most amazing team of people in this Chemist. Everyone in here is so lovely. I came in yesterday with a serious issue, my doctors additionally had failed me and not sent through an urgent prescription that I needed that day. The staff were so so understanding and Amelia the pharmacist was the most kind, understanding and truly compassionate lady - she was able to issue me some emergency antibiotics and I am so so grateful to her. Additionally Maria at the till was so sweet and gave me some good advice regarding the problems that I was having. They are both a credit to the company. I could not recommend this place more.

   I took my mother who is disabled to have her covid and flu vaccines, the facilities were excellent to support my mother disability and the staff were outstanding in Patient care. A special thank you to Kevin who was extremely kind to my mother and made her feel so welcome. This pharmacy understands reasonable adjustments for people with disabilities and goes the extra mile to ensure they receive an-excellent service. I would recommend this pharmacy to friends and family for outstanding care. Thank you so much.

   I love Bliss Pharmacy, the name says it all! Clearly been taken over by new management! Staff were wonderful, helpful and caring. But most of all, they were genuine and truly concerned for my kids well being (for whom I had gone to buy medicine). I returned a few days later to stock up and they remembered me, even asked how my kids were. Little things like this, that personal touch you don’t get with big chains like Boots and Superdrug. Can’t recommend them enough! Sonal, you’re a great asset to Bliss!
