   To start with the place is super run-down. You are more likely to find coackroach killer spray, Domestos and moths balls than medicines. Secondly, the staff is simply AWFUL. They are rude and untrained. It does not help that they look so unprofessional too. They seriously need to up their game, it is a joke. They cannot even comply with data protection laws. They ask you to write your full name and date of birth on a piece of paper and dispose of it in a regular bin. I guess a shredding machine would be too expensive. Simply appalling.

   My local pharmacy for the past 10 years. They have always been polite, and answer the phone in advance to check if my prescription has arrived. They also have suppliers and stock that many other pharmacies in the area do not. Sam in particular is very welcoming, professional and has a smile on his face when entering the store.

   Staff are always super helpful and friendly. Even when they don’t have my medication in stock, they always give me a date for when I should come back which avoids me a lot of stress. They recently helped me save money on prescriptions by suggesting a prepayment as well. I also got my flu shots there in the past. I really recommend this pharmacy!

   Great pharmacy with lovely staff. Came in today for a walk in ear consultation with the pharmacist today and she was professional, friendly, and gave me good advice. It was really reassuring to be able to see someone quickly with something like an ear infection.
