The most pathetic, small-towner, self-centred and penny-pincher pharmacists who ONLY and only look after their own money interest, even if that means an illegitimate act and being in breach of their responsibilities towards the NHS. Remember these people meant to show a "Duty of Care", but far from it, as the only thing which they don't offer is "Care" . I came to get my Autumn COVID booster as patients like me get a call centrally from the NHS due to low immunity status and vulnerability. I have mobility problems too and I'm a registered disabled. Imagine, they turned me down because they just don't want to open a new vial of COVID vaccine as each vial is for 5 patients and they believe it is unlikely that they will get sufficient numbers of patients on the remaining time of the working day!! They first made excuses and said "THE NHS WON'T ALLOW US" to open a new vial for one patient coming in, which is obviously BS coming out of the pharmacist's mouth. We know that the vial (Moderna booster vaccine) lasts for at least 24 hours after opening if kept in the room temperature and even longer if kept in the fridge. So sure they can open a new vial and use it for the next working day nicely for other patients coming in. As I challenged them, then the female pharmacist said that her colleague (he) did not even order vials and they have none in the pharmacy!! (but they are registered on the NHS site to provide COVID vaccination!) The NHS/Local Health Authorities/CCG must be aware of this fact that they have commissioned bunch of cowboys who don't see "giving COVID vaccines" is a profitable business because it might not generate the level of "profit" that the pharmacies wish to. So they keep turning patients down and return them back for all sorts of different excuses. This is in fact the second time I've encountered this "BREACH" of their Duty of Care, as well as breach of their contract with the NHS within space of one week as I previously tried another pharmacy in W2 area. I will not try to get my COVID booster again, as this REFUSAL seems to be the trend among the pharmacies. Therefore, I will hold this pharmacy responsible for putting me in danger in case my health deteriorate due to their refusal for COVID immunisation of a risk patient. On a wider scale, this despicable attitude of this and other pharmacies has a huge knock-on effect on the whole NHS as more and more risk group patients will get ill, attend A&E and even die due to pharmacies refusal to vaccinate. This pharmacy is simply a disgrace to the NHS. NHS PLEASE INTERVENE IF YOU REALY WANT TO PROTECT US

This is one of the friendliest and most efficient Chemist I know. I can fully recommend them for their services and their communication skills. I go out of my way to get my medication there. During Covid they were also fantastic, making sure they would cover all those difficult circumstances. I have known the pharmacist for many years and rely on him always for advice. Thank you for being there for me when I needed help. Annemarie Borg Landau
