   I have had enough of this pharmacy and will in future get my phone sent elsewhere. Yesterday I went in to collect a prescription that had been sent over by my Doctor. I took it home only to find it was not the medication prescribed but a different one that I have monthly. When I called them the phone was not answered. Today I went back and was told to wait 15 minutes. After 20 mins I was told to wait for another 15 minutes as the pharmacist had gone out. There were 4 members of staff and not one could be bothered to explain. This is not the first time I have experienced such incompetence with this pharmacy. Tonight I will endeavour to collect my medication. Third time lucky I hope.

   Terrible experience today with a locum pharmacist Fozia. Rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Have struggled for months with this pharmacy and getting the right medication - should not be such a challenge especially when they are linked to Swiss Cottage surgery! Issues with people and systems and no desire to improve or respond to feedback.

   They systematically withhold prescription medications, even though they have the said medications in stock. They claim that they have to distribute it between so many patients…or just lie to your face. They will give something small like 2 weeks out of 2 months, so you can not go anywhere else, since they started the prescription. Then for 1-2 months they say that they don’t have any, but if you press them they will find another packet. This makes you go off the weekly medication for 1-2 months! I also had to change the prescription several times via GP, because the pharmacy blamed it on a nation wide shortage of one thing than another. This has gone on for over half a year, until I finally stopped believing in their excuses, took out my prescription and went to another pharmacy. I never looked back since. Other pharmacies have all the medicines and or order them and get them next day. There’s something very shady going on in the Swiss Cottage Green-light pharmacy.

   So grateful to Green Light Pharmacy. They did my son's travel vaccinations for a trip to India. When he fell ill with a rapidly spreading rash and speeding heartrate on Day 3 of the trip, I called them up, then sent some photos. They spoke to their GP and gave the best advice. He went straight to the hospital and is now recovering after two anti-histamine injections and a drip. Probably something he ate.... So impressed by their speedy reaction time. What a relief!

   After having visited a couple Dermatologists for my inflamed & irritated eyelids, and no results achieved, I decided to consult with the pharmacist, Meha, at Swiss Cottage location. She suggested a certain cream and a few other products to try. Within 24 hours I experienced significant improvement. She is a truly professional pharmacist with expert knowledge and their staff is very polite and equally helpful.

   The Pharmacist who carried out the test was very good and was fully aware of different types of test and how they work. She informed me all of this while taking a test and this shows the professionalism. All the staff were helpful and kind. The place is very clean and have easy access.
