   Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough. All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. On two occasions, I haven’t been able to pick up my prescription during their opening times because of work, and they delivered it to me.

   Since a serious health condition a year ago, the guys at Sumer have looked after me with all my various and rare medicines, ordering what I need to keep me going Really friendly guys who genuinely care about your wider health and gave me advice on managing the NHS as well I disagree with the poster below who says they charge you when they shouldn’t - Sumer are the ones who told me how to get my medical exemption card, which the hospital and GP didn’t do.

   Unsafe pharmacy. Pharmacist tech lied telling me he is the pharmacist and then stumbling over his words - he states he is the tech and tells me the pharmacist is too busy and hangs up.

   Be aware they are either incompetent or don't care, and will 'forget' to tell you things. They conveniently 'forgot' to mention my husband's prescription should be free (it falls under certain medical condition qualified for free meds), and charged him for the last 6 months. We only found out when he mentioned it to the GP, and GP was shocked that the pharmacy did charged him!! They are either incompetent or just don't care. Either way we don't want to be messed up with anything else in the future especially with medicine so will go elsewhere.

   Great service and always helpful and friendly. Offered to help me get an urgent prescription outside of open hours and have in the past ordered specific products in on request with a really quick turnaround.

   I have used Sumer health to pick up prescriptions and bits and bobs before, but never again. Director, Salah Albazaz, know you have lost a loyal customer who was made to feel belittled, intimidated and quite frankly dismayed by your rude behaviour. I have never received such bad customer service. Yes this time I was using them to collect a DPD package, but don't offer the service if you're not willing to treat customers with respect.
