Went 3 times to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and after the third tryout i nearly left blaming my physician for not sending it over but was actually the pharmacist fault, lack of english and lack of empathy is huge over there , every time i went i was with my baby , the baby cried so loudly and they don’t bother the speed up the process despite was waiting for more then 15 minutes, on top of that they have served costumers with private prescriptions and deeply ignorant my who was coming from NHS , a lady from the staff was hoovering right next to my baby who just fall asleep, super disrespectful and bad treating if you are using their services via NHs but if you are actually buying they are more kind and always trying to sell you out the most expensive product…. Will never return to this place despite the amount of baby care products bought from them
Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to in the UK. It felt like I entered a pharmacy in Dubai, everything was clean and very neat and music was calming. I came in for a flu jab and the man that helped me was incredibly kind, quick and professional. I will definitely be coming back here for all my other pharmacy shopping.
Excellent Service and Great professionalism from Junior. I went with completely blocked ears and complete loss of hearing from both ears and came out with all clear using the micro-suction technique. Junior was incredibly polite and attentive. He explained the whole process to me in terms I completely understood.Would highly recommend to anyone with ear problems. Thankyou for getting me hearing properly again.
I am always perfectly satisfied when dealing with staff at Collins Chemist, if an item you wish to purchase is not there they will order for you and let you know when it is available. I feel the establishment is run both efficiently and professionally, you are not kept waiting as there is always a member of staff of staff ready to assist when others are busy. Overall always a pleasant experience!
Excellent NHS vaccine service. I had the bivalent Covid-19 booster at Collins Chemist’s walk-in vaccine service, and it was a quick, efficient, seamless process. I was seen straight away and given detailed information about the vaccine and its effects and given the opportunity to ask questions. Felt very reassured. Pharmacist was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
I have been coming here for more than 20years and cannot fault them. I consider Dee, the owner, almost like family and not just my pharmacist. The place is always friendly and welcoming and they have a wide range of products. If there’s anything you need that they don’t have, they’ll order it for you. The same goes for prescription medication, they order it in and dispense fairly quickly. The staff are attentive and caring. Always asking how you are and ask about family members too. Sometimes I go in there just for a chat when I don’t necessarily need anything. They genuinely care about their customers and patients. Even though I don’t live as close anymore, I would never go anywhere else!
Covid vaccine for travel - The young pharmacist was very accommodating and polite considering I needed an urgent appointment. Definitely the most pain free vaccination experience I've ever had. Very professional environment and an overall great experience.
Efficient and well informed service for my Covid vaccine, quick and painless ! Went on my lunch break and they accommodated me as a walk in. Will definitely be going back for my vaccines here.
