   I just wanted to say how lovely, kind, and helpful Shkurte was when I recently visited the pharmacy. I wasn’t feeling great probably coming down with the flu and she really went out of her way to make sure I got the right medicine. She explained everything clearly, was super patient, and honestly just made the whole experience so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely caring. Thank you, Shkurte!

   I’ve been visiting this pharmacy for many years and always been happy with their service and supply of products. The staff, especially the main pharmacist gentleman, have always been helpful and welcoming, and happy to give advice when needed. Also a dog friendly pharmacy which is an added plus for those dog owners/dog parents amongst us.

   Although it can get busy and you may have to queue, I really like this pharmacy. It’s not the biggest but the staff are always so helpful- I’ve received some great advice over the years.

   Terrible service. I am disabled and I tried to call them all day today to find out if my prescription was ready for collection. I struggled to get there yesterday only to find that it wasn’t ready. The phone is never answered and I can’t leave a message. I have only one day left of my medication and it is important that I get a refill. I will have to struggle again tomorrow to get there to see if my medication is ready. If it isn’t I am going to be in trouble.

   This is a very busy pharmacy so if they are engaged on the phone, do keep trying - you will get through eventually. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and can deliver medicines. Very good.
