   Absolutely fantastic customer service. All staff are extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable of products. They go above and beyond to help. I can not fault the high standards. and quality of their service. Thank you to the lady staff member who is an absolute breath of fresh air.. also the lady who delivers the medication is simply the best. She always makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Stafford road pharmacy

   Don't bother using these guys. I had an appointment booked this morning. Took the morning off work and when I should up the lights were off and no one was there apart from an elderly lady who knew nothing about what I was talking about. Waste of a morning off and not even a phone call to let me know. Obviously a pop up pharmacy established to exploit the current climate. Imagine if i was an elderly lady who jumped on two buses to get there.

   They have yellow jacket people who you ask about time queue for vaccine so the queue is based on first come first seen not time in which your appointment is for . Why can't they ask people in the queue and arrange it so people go in based on appointment time . No organisation at all

   Pick my medication up from here every Tuesday for last year half maybe and I've never had issue the staff are great and friendly and very understanding and highly rec this pharmacy well done Stafford Road pharmacy on great job and great customer care

   Went in to collect a prescription that had been sent so i could collect from any pharmacy. They were unable to find it and managed to change my nominated pharmacy to them. Wouldnt recommend unless you actually have a physical prescription.
