   I found Rxlive to be unprofessional in the way they handled ordering and dispatching prescriptions. My GP surgery raised a complaint to me that Rxlive was ordering my prescriptions in instalments and at random. When I tried to explain the issue, they misread my email and instead blamed me for not ordering the correct prescription for over six months. When I escalated the matter to management, they sided with their employee and completely neglected my concerns. This was very disappointing, as I expected a fair investigation into my complaint rather than being wrongly blamed. I would not recommend ordering prescriptions through them. If a company is unwilling to investigate a customer’s complaint and instead shifts blame, it shows a lack of ethics and professionalism. In my view, this makes them not worth doing business with.

   I don't understand the negative reviews for this company. I needed a prescription that I only asked my Gp this morning, called them to say it was urgent. Firstly, they ALWAYS answer and pick up straight away which is more than can be said for other similar companies I've used previously. The gentleman assured me that if they would send it out today for receipt tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with their services.

   Wouldn’t sent me my prescription, kept telling me “expect it by Friday” which came and went. Lied about it being sent - yet not even a “marked for delivery” email received, acted as if they would be doing me a favour getting it sent out straight away (it’s a CD, you can’t just send it out unless you have an unfilled prescription!). They take no responsibility, Do not recommend

   Have consistently failed to deliver full prescription since January claiming items are "out of stock". I've had one complete prescription since start of the year (March). Even though they clearly don't stock my medication they still take full payment each month. Called up twice to cancel service and arrange refund. Was told they would sort with the pharmacist but haven't. Taken full payment for a prescription today despite speaking to them last week to cancel. Last prescription received last week (only half again) If you don't want your medication arriving, these are the company for you. Maybe this review will get a response.
