The pharmacist on duty this morning (31/12/25)was rude and had a dreadful attitude. My prescription was short of one item and she insisted it was in the bag and implied that I was lying. Very unprofessional!!!! If I could give no star I would have done. AVOID THIS PLACE IM CHANGING PHARMACIST!!!
There is one lady staff who is constantly rude. Cannot understand her accent and I ask her to repeat again. There is nothing wrong with that to be honest, but how can I answer her if I am not understanding what she is asking. She sent me back once saying they don’t sell ADHD medication. You could have ordered that lady!
I called 111 for my son(2 year old)’s high temperature despite of giving medication and etc.and advised to visit tesco pharmacy for consultation. The pharmacy lady who checked my son just while looking at my son, she says my son is well because he is was able to watch mobile on my phone.she checked his temp 39.4. I kept telling that we had history of febrile seizure and saying its normal. I asked her if she could just check my son’s throat for tonsils or ears so I can rule out the cause of his fever if its viral or what. She just ask my son to open his mouth which my son was not able to do fully because he is jus 2 years old, she did not want to use tongue depressor. And she keep on searching for her otoscope and searching for the disposable ear specular for it, but no stock available in their consultation room so she was not able to check my son’s ears. I am very disappointed with the service provided saying all of this is normal and just monitor. Not even proper assessment is done. I could have just called in for a telephone advise which was done by 111. just wasted my time. This happened 31/11/2025
Tesco needs to sort out this pharmacy!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. An absolute shambolic Pharmacy. Did not have the decency to tell me on several occasions when a particular medication that we needed was out of stock. I had to chase up our GP to find out that they had sent it only to be told oh yeah, that medicine is out of stock. no process in place to let customers know that a particular medication is out of stock extremely rude stuff when they are questioned about this. AVOID LIKE THE Plague!!!
Prescription had been received 24hours and they kept me waiting a whole hour to collect it. Not busy, plenty of staff, no explanation as to why... the staff are very rude and abrupt. Also not discreet at all having you declare your business, your exemption loudly as they are from a distance infront of all other shoppers. CHANGING CHEMIST ASAP
I have recently used this pharmacy having moved from Zina,( went down hill after New owners took over,in the last year).These guys are great,the pharmacists go above and beyond to help,you never feel like you are inconveniencing them.I have been in several times to check health issues,for myself and my family rather than go straight to the doctors,so thank you all.Thank you to the front counter staff always happy to help and assust,huge thanks,you are appreciated.
Awful experience! If you need help and guidance this is not the place to go in an emergency! Pharmacist and staff incredibly rude and condescending. Left in tears!! They should be ashamed of the service they provided today!
Terrible pharmacy. Poor communication. Have been using for years and will be switching. I had a prescription submitted on a Tuesday, approved by the doctor on the Wednesday, went to collect on the Sunday thinking that was enough time...told it wasn't there. Called the doctor on Monday and was told it had been sent Wednesday. Call the pharmacy on Monday evening and am told they don't have my insulin needles in stock and haven't had them for weeks so I need to call my doctor and get them to change to a different brand. I am now out of said needles and will have to reuse old ones (not good and dangerous) and will have to call my doctor to request a change....and best news, I am beholden to this pharmacy because I had to collect part of my order (insulin...also keeping me alive FYI) so will have to go back a third time and hope they fill the order urgently. All of this I could have done last week when it wasn't an emergency or even today..but apparently they don't call people because it would take too much time to call every person with an issue...and yet even when you come in to collect it they still don't tell you.... So when you are supposed to find out you need to fall your doctor is a mystery. Note I would forgive this if it happened once but this is the second time. The same product but months ago (and have ordered it between then and now). Last time I was due to go on holiday and had to ring around out of hours doctors to find one who could prescribe something else.
Just wanted to say thank you to the Pharmacist who dealt so kindly with my Grandson on Friday afternoon 7th January. He was kind and helpful. Great customer service, sorry didn't get his name.
had a really nice flu jab here in 2020, bang on time. I had excellent service there. The pharmacy is usually ++ very very very busy ++ so don't expect to be served right away, plan to do your shpping and then pick up items after that. That is the way. They are very nice people but the system is just that way! If you want a more organised pharmacy try Boots but i find they never have anything in stock. With these guys they have most stuff but you need to be patient. There will be a wait of probably 20 minutes. I just don't mind myself.
