I have just transferred to Orion Pharmacy as the pharmacy to look after my medications. I was delighted at the high level of professionalism and friendly nature of the Pharmacist and the staff.
I can’t find a fault with Orion, and I say that with a firm honest opinion, as I am hard work at times because of issues with my health .. absolutely brilliant chemist with really nice people running it , “Helpful. Patient, caring and very considerate” and that is very hard to come by in most places in this day and age as there are too many peoples minds are very self entrenched and its lovely that their are nice people still around like this chemist.. we are very privileged to have in our little town and high street..

Very kind and helpful staff. I was supported with using a 24 hour blood pressure monitor and the team were great at information sharing around the results and guiding me through this process.

I had run out of my medication and recently moved to this area. I am waiting on a delivery of medication and required a few days worth in the mean time. According to the NHS site ... "If you run out of prescription medicine and don't have a prescription with you, you should be able to get an emergency supply from a pharmacy without a prescription." This was not the case and apparently this pharmacy does not want to help. Very appalling, really not cool.
Very good service at this small pharmacy. Although there have been times where medicines had to be ordered in. But the staff are friendly and efficient.
A handy pharmacy based in Purley serving the local community. Mr Patel, the pharmacist there has years of experience as a pharmacist and is very knowlegeable about symptoms and various conditions. He can always be trusted to give reliable accurate advice about medicines as an alternative to a local GP.
