   beware care not taken for patients confidentiality they gave me someone else’s leaflet documents in my prescription when went to return the leaflets and email a complaint about the data breach and how seriously negligent it was they didn’t reply

   I have been using this pharmacy for few years. Recently it has been offering Very very bad service. Lady at the reception was being very rude, ignoring people and walking around.

   Pharmacy staff just didn’t turn up so the queue of 5 plus people couldn’t get their prescription. I waited 45 mins before giving up. On a Sunday before a bank holiday when no pharmacy are open. Really putting people at risk not being able to access medication. People could end up in A&E. Nobody at the GP hub or anyone else had a number to contact them. The system doesn’t work!

   This pharmacy has got to be the worse in the area. The phone is always engaged, whatever time you call. It's as though it's left off the hook. Never use to be this bad.

   Awful slow service. I had to return several times due to the queue. They complete one persons prescription at a time leaving a long queue. I have never seen this process in a pharmacy...so inefficient.

   The gentle mam was very helpful I went to pick up my ventolin and my inhalers honestly he was very helpful and he explained to me that they run out from few of them also the lady wich is working there she is very helpful and polite thank u a lot
