   I don’t usually leave complaints or reviews, but I felt it was important to raise this concern as soon as possible. While I understand that pharmacy staff can be very busy, there was a clear lack of communication and care for customers waiting. I waited over 30 minutes without any update or acknowledgement, which was both disappointing and frustrating. What stood out most was the attitude of the ‘supervisor’ staff member, who seemed quick to judge rather than checking if there was a problem that could have been easily resolved. This experience suggests that further customer service training is needed for all staff — including those who have been working there for a long time — to ensure consistency and respect towards all customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made quickly for the benefit of both staff and customers.

   Recently it has been a shambles here. Totally disorganised and while I'm sure they are trying their best it's almost like no one apart from one person is trained in any way. It doesn't give you much faith you are being administered the right prescriptions. I recently went in with an e reciept and they told me I had to print it out! They didn't have the full prescription and so they have me what was there and charged me for everything, saying they will call me when the other part gets in. Nearly a week later I hadn't heard anything so I called them and they very matter of fact said "oh yes it's here"!! Don't you understand, People are waiting on these prescriptions because they are unwell. The total lack of understanding and empathy of this combined with the sloppiness of the team is really disgraceful. Do something about this for your customers sake if not your own sanity.

   Really need better organisation. You go in for a repeat prescription, they can’t find it in their antiquated paper filing you then wait around for 10 mins to be told it’s on order. You go back in a few days later to collect, and have to repeat the whole process again. Debbie is lovely and very efficient though.

   Best pharmacy ever! Staff are kind and friendly and helpful. I use the pharmacy everyday now for 2 years and always get the best service and have got to know the staff, who are incredible people and provide such a wonderful service, I would feel completely comfortable confiding in them for medical advice and support and as a sufferer of mental health, it is comforting to have such a kind, friendly and non judgmental pharmacy that I can go to where I feel comfortable.    Walk in vaccinations so I came for my second jab. Excellent system in place, efficient and welcoming staff and volunteers, the guy who did the injection was clear about possible side effects, managing those and I barely noticed the needle. Thank you to the team for running a superb outfit here and keep up the good work.

   Really efficient and lovely staff! The gentleman who actually done my vaccine was really really nice and made me feel very relaxed (I'm super scared of needles). Barely felt a thing and was over in about 2 seconds (no exaggeration!!)
