   I was told by my usual chemist to get a new prescription as they were out of stock Then the doctors told me they would send to yourselves but when I rang to check whether it had arrived I was initially met with indifference and rudeness. You don’t respond to questions about whether my prescription is in with I have no idea. I now know I was given the wrong advice by my normal chemist and the doctors surgery but that is no excuse for rudeness. Fortunately i Have now sorted it elsewhere

   On a number of occasions, both ladies have been unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. I am going to ask my GP to send my prescriptions elesewhere. Sad!

   I was picking up a prescription through the nhs app which said go to any pharmacy to collect, it was a common medicine kept in stock everywhere I assume, and I went here the woman who works the front desk was very rude and scolded me for coming to get the medication because ‘what if she didn’t have it in stock’ also she made me write down the entire barcode instead of just scanning it? Another time I just went in for hayfever tablets and she was very rude when I pointed to the ones I wanted, as for some reason they are kept at the opening to where you go behind the counter and so she wouldn’t allow me to get them myself and then tried to make me take ones I didn’t want as they don’t work as well on me. I believe the other staff are much nicer but the one that’s normally at the front is not.

   I’ve never left a review anywhere, but I do have to do it here. I’ve been to this pharmacy a few times and the woman that works there is really rude, she is unpleasant with an awful attitude. I don’t know why, the first time I thought she was only having a bad day, but this has happened several other times. It looks like she hates everyone that enters through that door.

   Only go to this pharmacy if you know what you're buying. Their bedside manner is horrific and the assistant so dismissive. She could do with overall having more empathy towards customers

   Good service and friendly Really easy to order repeat prescriptions, a 1 minute phone call! Good selection too from plaster stitches to nutrition drinks, for a small shop theres a very decent selection. Good location, close to the station as in 70 seconds walk and you can park right outside. Recommended!
