   I started using Medi-Pharm in 2024 due to multiple issue’s with other chemist. I can’t praise them enough for the efficient and friendly service. Easy to access, bright and clean shop. Easy to contact on the telephone. As a family we always use the vaccine service too. 5 star rating from us.

   Like going to a pharmacy in the 1950s. If you go anytime in the afternoon you risk being told 'the pharmacist is on his break, he'll be back in an hour'. The staff are variable but mostly rude and they stock very little. Go to Boots in Croydon.

   I have been using Medipharm for 10 years now, for myself and my family, and have always found them extremely helpful and willing to put themselves out to fit in with my foibles and inadequacies. I can't think of a way in which they could have done more or been more helpful, polite and warm. Five stars for long-term service, and many thanks.

   Poor service ... misled me into buying a product that was the wrong one for my monitor even though i bought my device in... when questioning them after it they denied it all. So i was the lier . Did not refund. Did not want to help further even though the pharmacist sold me the product stating it was the right one for my device. Will be taking this further.
