   My mother had a stoke and they have been a god send on many occassions. They have been proactive and they stopped giving her a long supply after she messed up and did not tell me, I was very impressed, they are very professional. They have really been a huge help and seem to know more than the GP office, I am very grateful. They are serious, would not say impolite, when you are giving out drugs and peoples lives on the line, not a good idea to joke around. They have been fantastic, thank you.

   Experienced this branch of Day Lewis during a minor crisis (IT outage) and the staff did their best to assist. However, there is always an unpleasant atmosphere and the other day was no exception. The individual who appears to be the (micro)manager often interrupts and undermines staff when they’re serving customers. I witnessed this during the tech crisis; it was uncomfortable to watch and it only made things worse. Advice to the manager: let your team do their jobs and ask for help when they need it. I’ve generally found the junior staff to be helpful. The lunchtime closure is also highly inconvenient, especially for 9-5 WFH people who live nearby. Other local chemists remain open over the lunch break, presumably by having a lunch rota. Wouldn’t recommend unless travelling further isn’t an option.

   I have been overcharged twice by the same cashier at this pharmacy. This cashier ( a lady) was most unhelpful as well.

   Very very unhelpful staff. I would recommend this pharmacy staff to have training to look into rule and recommendation "how to help people in emergency supply of medicines especially over weekend " They are more interested in going home rather than working on weekend.

   Not impressed at all. I bought a product and was charged way more than the price advertised. I was told "Oh sorry wrong prices put on" Will never shop there again. That is just dishonest.
