   This pharmacy looks run down and needs a make over, hardly any stock and staff barely know what they are talking about and to top is off I booked an appointment I say booked an appointment for my flu jab as instructed by my gp as classed as vulnerable guess what the lady in the pharmacy said we have ran out of stock of flu vaccines! She said the nhs website does not keep an eye on our stock levels of flu jabs to keep up with their appointments. I asked when I can rebook for when it is in stock and she said I cannot help with that sorry. I advised I work full time and planned my schedule around this and absolutely no advise to help was given. Luckily I thought quickly went round the corner to Whyteleafe surgery and rebooked there no problem don't bother with this pharmacy go to the one in Kenley is much better.

   Very useful store, excellent staff, full of all the things you expect in a chemist's shop, very reasonable or cheap prices, all the stuff ordinary people need. Very happy. Other stores in the area don't seem to even stock basic everyday stuff. These people at Hobbs are making an effort and providing a service.

   Just had to pick up our nanny with our 3 y.o. daughter who had to use the toilet desperately while at the pharmacy. Our nanny asked kindly if our 3.y.o. could use the toilet which was refused. In the meanwhile our 3.y.o had wet herself. They suggested to our nanny that she should either go to the outdoor parking lot or the pub. No offers to help or anything. They just send them out. My 3 y.o., wet, in freezing weather. We used this pharmacy once or twice. They are just what they are, a pharmacy in desperate need of human kind ness and a customer service course! What an utter disgrace! I'll rather drive further than to ever visit them again.
