   Very dirty & disorganised. The shelves and the products are covered with dust. I don’t know when was the last time the place has been cleaned and dusted. The receptionist was very rude.

   Never have my prescription in. I'm always told to come back tomorrow. When trying to call they rarely answer. I am currently awaiting medication I am about to run out of. They say a lot of their customers are on this medication but they never have enough stock in to fulfill. When I asked about how I can ensure I get my medication I am told to just call back tomorrow. Feel fobbed off every time. I will be moving my repeat prescription to another pharmacy.

   Always a great service. Hence the 5 stars. My only complain. I am someone who pays for their prescriptions (and as a tax payer someone who pays for non paying patients) each time I have been to collect a prescription literally every single person when asked “do you pay for your prescription” the answer is always “no”. And the medication is handed over no questions asked. Sure if they do not pay for prescriptions they should be required to prove this. There should be stricter checks. I get that the staff behind the counter are busy but they are tax payers as well. Hate the idea of people mooching of the tax paying support system. The pharmacy itself and staff are great (5 stars)

   I worked for this company only for 7 days as a delivery driver. When I had an interview they did not say I will be responsible for collecting money. Delivery whole day in central London carrying a safe for money without any protection. No induction given what to do if something happens. They gave me a car with flat tires and I spent my own money to fill them up. When I ask them if they are going to pay me back, they say no. Staff in were treated badly. All the time under control of the cameras. You have the feeling they are all the time behind your back watching you if you do something and if you go to the toilet or make a drink they look at you “why you are not working”. On my last day after work one of the bosses parked his car so badly that nobody from the staff could not go home. They waited humiliatingly for the boss who came after 18 oclock and did everything so slowly (Showing that he is the boss). I went to tell him if he can move his car because I have to be somewhere. Staff are paid only 8 hours no overtime! He started to be passive aggressive and said that he is the boss and he is the owner of the house. He doesn't care where I have to go and if I am not starting drive he is going to call the police. What for? I am going to report them to ACAS.

   Tried ordering repeat prescriptions online through the website and there's been issues on a number of occasions. I'd get an email to say "Your prescription order has been sent to your surgery" and then when I get to the pharmacy I get told the medicine isn't there. This has happened a few times and it's annoying having to go back and forth and keep chasing things up between the Pharmacy and GP. Please get this sorted!

   Bad service recently, how could they make more than 8 people inside a cramped area during COVID? After waiting outside for 30min in cold, cashier just shut the door on us and turned off the lights @ 15:30. No explanation or even a sorry we have to close because..? Won't be choosing this pharmacy in the future.

   Pharmacy overall is okay but the Staff aren't getting treated with respect. The pharmacist is rude and I've witnessed. Feel bad for the workers there. It be nice if that was fixed. Edit: Thank you I've been to the pharmacy yesterday and it definitely looks much better with new pharmacist.
