Even on days when I’m feeling unwell or have a headache, just speaking to her lifts my mood she’s so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. It makes such a difference to have friendly, professional staff, especially when other nearby pharmacies don’t offer the same level of service. Day Lewis is lucky to have her.    Phone never gets answered,staff unhelpful and then when you turn up cause you cant get through they ask you to come back,what a joke.

   Unable to get through on the phone which is imperative for me as I am bedbound and need to talk to them about my prescription I have not been able to get through since before last Friday and have been ringing on and off all day never used to have this proplem before the new system was installed.
