   Travel vaccinations- our experience at the pharmacy was brilliant. The clinic was lovely, given refreshments and made to feel super comfortable. Kani was amazing, so friendly and put all anxiety at ease. Working through what vaccinations we needed was done with great detail and care and all documentation was done perfectly. It couldn’t have been a smoother, easier process. Would definitely go back to get future jabs and recommend to anyone.

   Please avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I bought there an antibiotic for my 2 year old daughter and they gave me two bottles which was not properly mixed (i.e. instead of being diluted with 95ml of water as prescribed, the very incompetent pharmacist diluted with ~50ml). We noticed it only because after 3 days of antibiotics, one of the two bottles was running out whereas it should have last for at least 7 days (the total content should have been 100ml, we had to give my daughter 15ml a day, hence 100ml /15ml per day should have resulted in 6.7 days...). in summary we gave double the dose of antibiotics to her just because of the incompetence of the pharmacist. Likely, my daughter is now ok but another drug could have had a serious impact on her

   Used to go there a lot as Alan is very good. But dreadful experience there recently . Had the misfortune of meeting the proprietor who is a very nasty woman. Clearly inherited the business as completely lacking in knowledge and got very aggressive towards me when I questioned her although she purported to be a pharmacist which is worrying. Reported them to the General Pharmaceutical Council. I would have no confidence going there ever again.
