   Best pharmacy I have ever used: great friendly team...all of the people who work here. Always happy to give advice and super professional but (as I say) always friendly. They know their customers well and make time for everyone: support independent community pharmacies...they are way, way better than the massive chain pharmacies who are more concerned with offering you a meal-deal or flogging perfume than actually providing a service like they do at Springfield!

   This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. It’s well stocked and the staff are friendly and efficient. Repeat prescriptions are filled and available super quickly. I think my record is around 30 seconds in and out the door, which is in stark comparison to Boots and the like! Can’t recommend them enough!

   I can't say enough good things about Springfield Pharmacy! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and ready to assist with a friendly smile. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the right medications and provide valuable advice. The service is efficient, and the pharmacy is well-stocked.

   Dreadful service from the nasty British Asian woman with the terrible attitude. Uncaring, unkind, rude and dismissive. Conducted herself with zero compassion or understanding. Just horrible in every way. She is in the wrong job completely and should do everyone a favour and find a new position that is not customer facing (and especially not care focused). Truly ghastly woman. Her colleague (young caucasian girl) seemed genuinely embarrassed to be working next to her. I am writing a formal complaint and suggest that if you have a similar experience that you do too. Hopefully they will find her a more suitable position, alone in a dark room in the basement somewhere.
